Field Scientist - MSAT (d/f/m)
Cytiva seeks a Manufacturing Science and Technology Field Scientist to deliver technical support for bioprocess filtration technology integration with customers across Europe. The role combines pre- and post-sales consulting, feasibility assessments, bench-scale trials, and on-site customer engagement within a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
- Apply bioprocess filtration products to develop innovative customer process solutions
- Conduct feasibility assessments, technical consultations, training, and bench-scale trials
- Maintain customer engagement throughout projects to ensure successful implementation
- Travel to customer sites for technical meetings, testing, presentations, and project reviews
- Provide technical consultation on scale-up studies, testing plans, process sizing, and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience in MSAT, Process Development, or Manufacturing
- Direct technical support experience working with customers
- Fluent French (written and spoken)
- Business-level English (written and spoken)
- Ability to travel up to 50% across Europe
