NPI Program Manager - Automotive Processors
The Program Manager (Automotive Microcontroller Product Line) will be responsible to lead large multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the NXP New Product Introduction (NPI) process to develop cutting edge embedded processor solutions for Automotive. The Program Manager will engage the global R&D teams to achieve on time delivery with world class levels of quality. The Program Manager will be responsible to partner with the organization’s R&D, Design, Software, Product Management, and Product Engineer/Test/Manufacturing teams to define schedules and resourcing for key deliverables, while anticipating and overcoming issues to positively impact key financial metrics including gross margin and EBITDA. In this role, the Program Manager will be responsible to drive delivery of new products from concept and definition phases, through execution development of hardware and software solutions, to final production ramp up of the system solution. Candidates for this role should possess experience and understanding of the semiconductor, Automotive or electronics industry and understand the key competitive differentiators for NXP products including manufacturability, price, power, software, die size and system performance.
