West & North Field Application Manager (Manager Application Produits)
Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a Field Applications Manager to lead Flow Cytometry application teams across France, UK, Netherlands, and Sweden. The role focuses on implementing KPIs, managing regional teams, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive performance improvements and customer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional Flow application team providing support to West and North markets
- Implement and track KPIs to drive performance alignment and measurable improvements
- Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders on strategic initiatives
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions across partner markets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in science, medical, or clinical field
- Advanced knowledge of Flow Cytometry with strong immunology and hematology background
- Leadership experience managing regional or cross-functional application teams
- Fluency in English; French language preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel up to 50% within region and for trainings
